Every order is a priority. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to get your items out as fast as possible.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $70.
  • Orders under $70 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Typical delivery windows:

  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by region)

These are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at AnchorOakstore@gmail.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Anchor & Oaks is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier office. If you still cannot locate it, reach out to us and we’ll help guide you through next steps.

International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
